FROM PROJECT TO POST SALES

ARCHITECT & THE COMPANY

PROJECT

The architectural project becomes concrete as soon as dialogue with the company has begun. An internal group of technicians is placed at the service of professionals for resolving any problems and propose new products and ideas for the project. The company’s flexibility in customizing the product is our strength, allowing us to make even the most particular orders a reality. A project’s journey progresses from preliminary sketches to technical drawings for the construction site manager with an ease of collaboration that Cappellini Cucine has always offered its clients with the goal of minimizing costs, respecting the project and its realization timelines.

SHOWROOM

The exposition space is the project laboratory. It is the place where esthetic and structural choices are evaluated. Seeing the pairings in material form and involving the clients in project choices simplifies and accelerates the work. With this goal in mind, Cappellini Cucine has opened its showrooms, with extremely accessible hours, and invites professionals to get to know its products and accompany their customers, if desired.

DELIVERY AND ASSEMBLY

The success of a project lies in client satisfaction. No step is excluded. Everything is relevant and subject to evaluation. For us, at Cappellini Cucine, even delivery and installation are a fundamental part of this process. For this reason, our highly experienced staff takes care of this step themselves, delivering, assembling and mounting the products with care, ensuring that all work is done properly and completely.

POST SALES

Post sales services carried out by company staff for the entire life of the product round out our client services. Once notified of a problem, Cappellini Cucine staff responds rapidly, resolving any problems and restoring the furnishings to their original condition.
